  23.      changes--even a slip in a milestone.

  27.      you're ready to edit your plan to bring
  28.      it up-to-date.

  47. This is the PERT chart for your project.  Before
  48. you change the duration of any task, you need to
  49. set a ~baseline~2 for the project.

  54. project information, such as start and finish
  55. dates, resource work, and costs.

  60. updated plan on the Gantt chart to compare the

  65. A baseline is so useful for analyzing planned and
  66. revised project information that you should
  67. set a baseline as soon as you've created your
  68. project plan.

  73. project changes.  Begin by pulling down the

  79. project, HPM displays this warning.  It will set
